A dress made of petals from all over the world
An open back covered in layered petals, a blend of materials and colors from the four corners of the world: France, Italy, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Tibet, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Mexico, Peru, Morocco, Spain and China. Embroidery, beads, sequins, gemstones, gilding and glitter.
Entirely made by hand, this dress took a full year to create, with about 700 hours of work. Next to some so-called couture gowns sold for €100,000 in polyester, it is not expensive. This piece is not meant for everyone, it is true, but some things are rare by nature: here is one of them.
This dress is filled with love and joy. It is meant for a beautiful, living soul.
She is looking for her wearer
Whoever chooses this piece will not simply buy fabric. They will welcome an energy that has joy to give, endlessly.
There is something greater than us, human beings, in this creation. Caroline made it guided by what she calls "automatic textile": a form of intuition and divine inspiration, where every fabric, bead and embroidery is placed by instinct.
Its radiance can travel very far: to fill a place with this joy, an estate, perhaps even a city or a country.
A collector's piece
For fashion collectors, museums, galleries, lovers of textile art and brides who want to look like no one else: this gown exists in a single copy in the world.
